Rather than serving up the black & white training traditions of information and instruction, Lurnex bring things to life in full colour through inspiration, imagination, interaction and individualisation. This creates an immersive learning experience for team members and organisations seeking to transform.
Founded by award-winning entrepreneur Andy Baker and backed by Innovate UK, Lurnex works across a wide range of sectors. We have delivered solutions across creative industries, construction and clinical settings. Our focus is on supporting people, refining processes and improving performance.
Our content is where much of the magic begins. Lurnex uses a gamified learning model rich in storytelling, visual thinking, and structure. You’ll meet characters who are more than mascots; they’re chatbots, powered by our knowledge base and generative AI. Beneath the surface sits a growing library of over 100 educational and transformational frameworks, all mapped inside a navigable 3D world that helps learners see how everything connects.
